Ivy Baker McLaurin at the Marlboro County Historical Museum

The Marlboro County Historical Museum is hosting the art work of Ivy Baker McLaurin during the months of August and September. Ivy served over 18 years as Executive Director of the Marlboro Area Arts Council and now works as the Grant Writer for Scotland Memorial Foundation in Laurinburg, NC. Ivy has studied with Vicky McLain, Chesterfield artist, since December 2010 taking at least one workshop per month

Ivy’s paintings range in size from 4” x 4” to 18” x 18” with a variety of subjects that include landscapes, animals and florals. The exhibit will be on display during  August and September at the Marlboro County Museum which is open Monday – Friday from 8:30 am to 12:00 pm.
