Join Kathryn Cain, of Nellie Anne Yarns to learn the fun art of knitting on Saturdays. On Feb. 27, class members will learn how to knit a scarf in the Knitting 101 class. Kathryn uses a collection of patterns to give you all the skills you need in a logical sequence. New skills taught in this class will include cast on, knit purl and bind off. Kathryn uses hand-outs, videos, and personal instruction to maximize your enjoyment and learning. The sequence of courses and patterns builds on previous skills to teach you how to read patterns, gauge as well as the stitches.
