The Florence Film Society presents a Screening of the Great Dictator

The Quarterly Art House Film Series comes to a close for the year with a free screening of Charlie Chaplin’s political and comedic masterpiece, presented by the Florence Film Society, the Florence Regional Arts Alliance, and the Florence County Museum.

In 1940, Charlie Chaplin had the audacity and courage to skewer Hitler on screen in The Great Dictator, his bold satirical comedy. In 2016, we still get the opportunity to appreciate his craft and genius in this classic film which was directed, written, produced, and starred in by Chaplin himself.

Join us on Election Day weekend- Friday, November 4, at 7:30pm for this free screening and help us finish 2016 strong!
Q&A will follow, so feel free to ask questions if you have them!
This event will be held at The Waters Building in downtown Florence, and could not be presented without the support of the Florence Regional Arts Alliance and the Florence County Museum. We encourage you to like their pages!

See you at the movies!
