All Around the World
Travel the world in just a week! Students will explore the art of different cultures around the globe through the collections of the Florence County Museum and create artworks inspired by them.
Ages 5-10
9am-12pm
Summer Studios is a unique summer program for children at the Florence County Museum. Each weeklong studio begins on Monday focusing on a specific theme and ends each Friday with an exhibit of student work along with a reception for families and friends.
Recycle into Art
Design and create artworks with objects that were once something else! Students will think outside the box by exploring new ways to make art using recycled materials. We will also learn the importance of conservation through recycling.

Can You Dig it?
Start your summer as an archeologist! Explore the early history of the Pee Dee region through exciting hands-on activities. Students will create fossils, participate in mock excavations and learn about the different people that inhabited our area over time.
